Grill Cleaning
Depending on your needs, there are several different methods for commercial grill cleaning...
Grill Bricks are easy and convenient. And yes, they do indeed look like bricks.
For a more thorough cleaning, we recommend grill pads and screens. The
pad soaks up the liquid grease and allows the screen to stay clear to
scrub off particles.
We sell a full kit with a handle to get you started, and then you would just buy pads and screens as needed.
Another
popular product is the Quick Griddle System by 3M. A starter kit
with instructional video includes a multi-purpose pad holder, grill
cleaning pads, Quick Griddle's tough cleaning liquid pouches, and a
squeegee.
Oven and Grill Cleaning and Degreasing
These tough duty cleaners come in both Aerosol and Liquid forms.
We
carry several different brands of Oven and Grill Cleaners in liquid
form, including Superkleen and Spartan products.... 
We also carry the Orange Tough Line in RTU Sprays and 5 gallon pails...
As well as Tough On Grease, a non-butyl,
phosphate-free degreaser in gallons and 55 gallon drums. 
Simple Green, the non-toxic and biodegradable
concentrated degreaser, is available in Trigger Spray bottles, 1 gallon
bottles,
5 Gallon pails, and 55 gallon drums.
Another popular degreasing product is Inspector's
Choice - a super strong non-butyl cleaner and degreaser that is often
used in supermarket meat
departments, food processing plants, and other locations where animal
fats, grease, blood, and other food soils need to be washed
away thoroughly.
