Foodservice Supplies : Film, Foil, and Deli Paper
You'd
be surprised how many different kinds of plastic film wrap and aluminum
foil are out there. We have a variety of products to suit every need....
Film
You may call this shrink film, plastic wrap, cling wrap, or saran wrap. It's all the same thing.
We
carry film wrap in rolls and cutterboxes....the cutterboxes are very
convenient because the cutters are already built in and a dispenser or
stand isn't needed.
Film in cutterboxes is available in the following sizes:
12" x 2000' 18" x 2000'
18" x 3000' and 24" x 2000'
We're big fans of Purity Wrap brand cutterboxes because the boxes
themselves have a greaseproof and waterproof coating, which is great
for keeping the film wrap in areas of the kitchen
that might get a bit messy.
If the cutter on your cutterbox ever goes dull, or if you prefer the
slide cutter to the jagged-edged style, we also have replacements in
both 12" and 18".
Regular rolls of film wrap are available in the following sizes:
17" x 5000' 58 Gauge 18" x 5000' 60
Gauge 19" x 5000' 60 Gauge
Meat Films are available in 15" x 5000' 55 Gauge and 17" x 5000' 60
Gauge. We can also special order a roll that is 19" x 4000' 70
Gauge.
We carry stands for rolls of film wrap, butcher paper, kraft paper, or any other paper you might think of.
Our stands each hold 15", 18", 24", or 36" rolls, respectively.
We also carry the Anchor Miler Dispenser (pictured at right) and films.
These films are literally a mile long at 5280 feet. Available in 12"
and 18" widths.
We also have perforated cling wrap by Anchor. 6" x 5" perforated sheets
tear off of the roll. 3000 sheets per box.
Foil
Aluminum Foil also comes in many different sizes and styles. The most popular kind again is our cutterboxes....
Our aluminum foil cutterboxes are super-convenient in the kitchen. Available as :
12" x 500' Heavy Duty 12" x 1000' Standard and Heavy Duty
18" x 500' Standard and Heavy Duty 18" x 1000' Standard and Heavy Duty
and a huge 24" x 1000' in Heavy Duty only
Boxes of interfolded Pop-Up Foil are very popular and convenient.
They're great for wrapping sandwiches and hot dogs, or for vendor carts.
9" x 10 3/4", 12" x 10 1/2", and 12" x 10 3/4" sheets are available in the silver pop-up foil boxes....
and 9" x 10 3/4" sheets are also available in a nifty gold pop-up foil
as well! Present your food in something a little different that the
customer will surely remember!
Insulated 14" x 16" foil sheets, similar to what a lot of fast food
restaurants wrap their sandwiches in, are also available.
Deli Paper
Deli paper is available for placing in food baskets, pulling bakery products, wrapping subs, and more!
Interfolded, waxed deli sheets in pop-up boxes are super convenient and
take up little space. We sell them by the individual box or by the case.

EcoCraft Deli Paper is also available for those clients who are trying to Go Green.
EcoCraft's natural brown deli paper has a soy-based wax coating and is
compostable in 6" x 10 3/4", 8" x 10 3/4", and 12" x 10 3/4".
And, of course, patty paper is also available in 5 1/2" x 5 1/2" sheets.
We also carry several colors in a checkered pattern in 12" x 12" sheets - perfect for a basket of fries!

For
wrapping subs, we have waxed deli sheets available in 12" x 12", 14" x
14", 16" x 16", and 18" x 18". If you are looking more for a
butcher paper sub wrap than a waxed paper, please see our page of

Finally, for those of us who remember receiving foods wrapped in
newspaper, we carry a 16" x 12" sub wrap sheet that is printed like a
newspaper!
Inks will not bleed into food.
