You may have heard the term "Neutral" Floor Cleaner before, but not really known what it meant.

A "Neutral" floor cleaner has a neutral pH level. This means that not only is it safe on your floors without dulling or damaging the finish, it's also safer for your employees. You won't have to worry about them burning their skin with highly acidic chemicals.

NuView Neutral

    Our favorite neutral cleaner, and one that we recommend often to our clients, is called Nu-View (or you may hear us call it AP7).

    This concentrated neutral cleaner has a no-rinse formula that can be used on walls, floors, and any other surface that would not be harmed by
    water.

    It removes the toughest dirt and grime with a pleasant fragrance. Available in concentrated gallons and 5 gallon pails.

Raindance Neutral

    Another Neutral Cleaner that we are quite fond of is Raindance by Butchers (Johnson Diversey).

    Raindance has a great low-foaming formula that is great for automatic scrubbers, and can also be used for manual mopping.

    It's detergents power through soils without harming your floor finish. It also is a rinse-free cleaner to save time and labor.

    Raindance is available in both concentrated gallon bottles and 5 gallon pails.

    Finally, there are Neutral Easy Paks by Drackett (also Johnson Diversey).

    These packets have 1/2 oz of premeasured Neutral cleaner inside for a no mess, no fuss solution to floor cleaning.

   Neutral Easy Paks have a no rinse, effervescing formula to clean without dulling your high gloss finishes.

    It's also great on ceramic tile, quarry tile, and all of your alkaline sensitive surfaces.
